My maths task




1.How many students are in Ngaio and Maaka’s=30


2.Ryan watched the most TV on Wednesday and Bridie the least.True because    
Ryan watched 3h 30min and Bridie watched no TV

3. Based on their data,which of these statements by Ngaio and Maaka are true give reasons
i.Most students in the class watched more than 1 hour of TV on Wednesday.it true because 21 out of 30 watched TV for more then 1 hour


ii.Everyone in the class watches a lot of TV. false because one kid in the class did not watch TV at all.


iii.Many students watched TV for 30 minutes false because only three kids watched TV for 30 minutes
iv.Most students watched between 1 ½ and 2 ½ hours of TV on Wednesday false because only 13 out of 1 ½ and 2 ½ hour watched TV


v.Only 1 student watched more than 3 hours of TV on Wednesday false because one kid watched TV for 3 hours and 30 Min instead of 3 hours


Vi.Almost all students watched some TV yesterday true because one kid did not watch TV last night.  
vii. Two students watched 200 minutes of TV yesterday false because 200 minutes is  2 hour 20 minutes and on kid watched that long

4.Discuss with a classmate why Ngaio and Maaka’s data may not be very accurate.Because some kids might watch more and they could of lied.

i. A lot of kids watch TV for less than a hour

iv.only 8 kids did not watch TV last night

My maths


This is my maths and we are learning about translating and rotating. Me and my friend Josh got it right.
We had to follow some transformations instructions.
